WELCOME BACK Alex and Jasmin - Summer team members

Welcome back Alex Ferguson! Alex is returning to KHI through mid-August. Alex graduated from K-State this year, and is pursuing her master's in statistics and data sciences at the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Last Summer, Alex worked at KHI exploring various data visualization tools, and she continued to work with us on Kids Count and Tobacco Retailer Licensing throughout the school year. This summer, she will work on the CCNK Cover Kansas Navigator project, update the Data Library, and apply data visualization for the Annual Insurance Update and other projects.

Thanks for joining us again, Jasmin D. Kamruddin! Jasmin is a candidate at Tufts University School of Medicine, Boston (expected graduation - May 2025). Jasmin is supporting project activities during her eight-week internship at the Kansas Health Institute, she will be working with Kevin on the COVID-19 policy analysis.
