The Kansas Health Institute (KHI) aspires to create and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce, workplace and marketplace. One way to make strides toward this end is to assess the strengths and limitations of current internal policies. In doing so, your voice is critical to informing whether and how KHI may need to adapt or enhance its current policies, procedures, and practices. This survey is anonymous and administered by an external consultant, Ryan Davis, KHI’s Coach through the Equity Learning Lab, who also led or Organizational Equity Reflection Tool with KHI in 2021. Participation in this survey is optional. Individual responses will be aggregated to maintain anonymity, and aggregated data from the survey will be shared with KHI staff to guide organizational improvement. Given the small staff size at KHI, the consultant will not share any individual responses with KHI. Demographic information will inform the consultant's analysis of the survey results to advise KHI on how to increase diversity, equity, and inclusion.
